My wife chose beige ceramic floor tile for our kitchen, hallway and bath. The clerk was told to pick the order and have it ready for my contractor to pick up and install, which he did. The entire kitchen, hallway and part of the bath had been laid and grouted by the time my wife arrived to check out the job. She said the color didn't look right and thought it was just the lighting. When she checked out the box, she realized the clerk had picked "Gray" tiles instead of "Beige". The contractor had to rip up the entire job as my wife fumed back to the store to complain. The clerk had nothing to say but I'm sorry, and after much arguing, the manager agreed to replace only the used tiles with the RIGHT tiles; nothing else. We wasted an entire day's work costing us DOUBLE for the job.
