I hired Westboro Foundation Repair to install new window wells around my house as mine were not working and water was leaking in through my basement windows. Steven provided a detailed quote and explained the phases of work including excavation and removal of dirt down to the footing, pressure washing, crack repair, waterproofing membrane, exterior insulation, new weeping tile and clear stone backfill. He also put geotextile fabric down around the window wells, dressed it with topsoil and sealed the window well to the foundation. Their work is of excellent quality and I appreciate their 20-year leak-free warranty. I highly recommend them to homeowners with foundation issues!

I can't thank Steve and his guys enough for the work they did. We were at the front end of a not-so-honest contractor that started with the roof and consequently had opened up a long trench (hand shoveled and unsafe-first image) to the foundation of my mom's house before we halted the work after further investigation on them.
On recommendation, we reached out Westboro Foundation and met with Steve. He was onsite with his guys before I got there and was assessing the 'work' that had been done so far. Not surprisingly, the whole thing was wrong from the start. We were immediately put at ease that the problem wasn't what we had been led to believe. He explained exactly what they were going to do brought in the proper equipment, outlined the materials and provided a quote. Was constantly in communication as to what stage they were at. We had a previous leaking issue so they installed the window wells - as there should have been- and sealed it all up. They were done in a couple days.
