Shadi and his team are trustworthy, highly skilled, on time and on budget. And, since hey have worked together for so many years, they really do work incredibly well as a team and it's truly impressive how much work they can get done in a short period of time. They also clean up their mess after each daily session, and take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. If concerns do come up, they address them in a quick and professional manner. I would - and have - recommended them to our closest friends and family.

Again, top construction team we've ever had the pleasure of hiring and will do so again on our next project.

Chadi and his team were fantastic. Communication was top notch, with no surprises to budget, and they completed two total renos of a main bathroom and a smaller bathroom within just 3 weeks. They're tidy, diligent, and well-priced. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any and all work I need done!

Chadi is amazing to work with. His team is always on time and professional to deal with. He is true to the estimate and time line provided. He has done three different projects for us and each time the workmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

We had our basement finished by Chadi and his amazing team. Our basement was completely unfinished, and we asked for a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with access from both the bedroom and the living room, an office, and leave enough space for unfinished storage/furnace room with double doors. Chadi and his team were incredible, they are so hard working, fast working; but meticulous with details. I left most design decisions up to Chadi for the basement bathroom layout and tile, I picked the wall colour and the colour of the vanity, the rest was a result of his skills and his amazing team. His wait list is long but so worth it. His extra touches included: All our pot lights have dimmers, our stairs were hand stained to match, instead of dead space he created built in shelves, he suggested a finished dry pantry space for our deep freezer and bulk Costco items. The little things really add up and we are thrilled with the end result of our basement.

We asked them to also come and renovate our outdated Master bathroom. Chadi and his team were amazing, they work so hard and pay extra attention to little details. The tile work is perfect, and the custom glass shower feels like a 5-star hotel. My master bath went from my least favourite room to my absolute favourite room.

Worked with Shadi and AleKat Construction on the devotion of 3 full bathrooms. Shadi did a great job and worked to design exactly what we wanted. Final bathrooms look great. His team were polite, kept work areas cleaned up each day and were professional.
