A big thank you to Heinz of Project X Construction for the amazing work that was done at my home, replacing the front porch and steps, a walkway along the side of the house and a new rear patio.
He completed a job next door, a front entrance stairs with bull-nosing, and hired him to complete my project the following year.
Heinz explained in great detail, what would be done, and the quality of the products to be used to produce the end results of the project. Quality without compromise is one of Heinzs attributes. This followed his work ethic from start to completion on my project.
Heinz not only replaced the old, but improved on the new with a much better design. I had interlocking brick that was faltering over time, and had become a safety issue. With the new concrete structure, I now have a safe, beautiful entrance, side walkway and rear patio to use.
Regarding the front entrance and porch, step design and size/depth was discussed at length. A hedge was removed to open up the view of the new entrance and steps. It was suggested that colour could be used on the front porch and steps. The colour now matches the trim on the house and enhances the durability of the concrete. The curb appeal has been improved 100%.
Heinz meticulously designed the slope of the steps on the walkway, to ensure it has proper drainage. Attention to detail is shown on the finished curve of the walkway, with a rear step also following the same rounded lines.
The entire project was given a fresh and updated look, and I am just really happy. Thank you for a spectacular job done. We will enjoy the results for many years to come.
