We called zenith roofing after looking for some local companies for a quote on a flat roof we have in innisfil. After getting another quote from another company, we were concerned about the scope of work. We had questions regarding the method of repairs from the initial contractor. We called zenith roofing and Matt was happy to walk us through the correct procedure. He was very patient while we made our decision & moved forward with Zenith Roofing. Their quote was lower than the competitor and we were much happier with the scope of work that they provided us- not to mention a 50yr warranty! The finished product looks great and we decided with a lighter colour to extend the lifetime of our roof and reduce the heat in hotter climates. They even painted all of the rooftop pipes/units to give the project a finished look and protect from rust!!
