Revive renovation & construction

We hired Revive after finding them in an online search. From first moment of contact Pierce was professional, punctual and on task. We needed an itemized quote for all work to be done. All prices came in reasonable for the job. We hired him to start and he was on the job day one at 7am. Was always punctual, courteous and clean. He protected our floors while doing the work in the ensuite and was sure to keep the mess down to a minimum. He cleaned each day before leaving fully vacuuming all walk areas. We had agreed to look after all demo/garbage from remodel and he was neat in making sure all items were in our trailer for removal. The ensuite needed a corner shower unit removed, New larger shower with fibreglass base and tiled walls with glass doors/walls, toilet replaced, exhaust fan upgraded and two floor tiles replaced. He did an amazing job with the new shower tiling and building a custom size niche as well as matching grout on floor to old grout when replacing the two floor tiles. The exhaust fan upgrade was challenging because of location of bathroom to attic access (60 away). He managed it without complaint. Couldnt be happier with the remodel and would definitely recommend Revive to anyone who asks! Top notch service, pricing and communication

We recently purchased a house that had an open concept master bedroom to bathroom which Revive Renovation & Construction was hired to build a out a wall with some floor accent tiling, add a door and add a bathroom fan on a short timeframe before we moved in.

Pierce was professional and delivered some very high quality renovation work. He was very clear in his approach and planning with us. He kept us informed as a few old house surprises popped up that no one expected and changed his scope of work. End to end excellent work and reasonable pricing, even with the surprise changes in scope of work. Pierce went above and beyond to ensure no short cuts were taken with the surprises, and we had confidence in the quality of work being done.

Very happy with the end result and would recommend Revive Renovation & Construction to anyone with similar renovation needs.

Photos note: We didn't take many, or by any means great, photos before, during and after the work was completed, and have since moved in. We (not Revive) placed the coffee mug and measuring tapes in the first photo for our own visualization before Pierce started work.

Had a lovely powder room installed in my basement. Revive Renovation and Construction did everything, from digging into the concrete floor to locate the stack, all the plumbing and electrical work, framing, drywall, plaster, flooring, installing toilet and sink/vanity. Also relocated some outlets so that my washer/dryer could be repositioned. The job was well done and Pierce (owner/operator) was friendly, efficient, punctual, responsive and took my preferences into account when doing the work. I am so happy with the end result and will definitely be calling on him for any future renovations or repairs. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

We are EXTREMELY happy that we hired Pierce for our bathroom reno job! NO REGRETS & WOULD RECOMMEND HIM and HIRE HIM AGAIN for future projects!!! Why?

Put protective coverings on our hardwood floor, plastic sheeting put up to keep dust etc out of bedroom and rest of house and vacuumed at end of day to pick up debris off floor where protective sheets were ! He was on time too (12 days) To tear out a shower, jacuzzi tub, tile floors in bath and front door entrance, install new shower , faucets , plumbing moved toilet, retile floors with heating, paint walls, install sliding barn door, light fixtures, replace baseboards etc! We are so grateful for his attention to detail and subtle
suggestions when he thought we would appreciate something being pointed out. Great guy, great English accent and a great positive energy! You will want to have this man on your reno project. He wont let you down! We feel blessed to have met PIERCE !

My sister got the business card in her mailbox and gave it to me. I was looking for someone to finish my bathroom reno for at least one year. My brother was doing is best but he as a full job so could not finish it. I was very satisfied with the work that was done , it was fast and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

We contacted Pierce to do the flooring in our duplex. He did an amazing work, paid attention to details and gave us many advice. He was always available when we needed him and answered every call, thank you Pierce!

I am very pleased with the work Revive Renovation and Construction has done at my place. The bathroom isn't the same as it used to be. I don't recognize this bathroom anymore as it is so pretty. He was punctual, and I never felt pressured by him. He was very informative throughout the whole process.
