After purchasing our first condo, we wanted to do some renovations before we moved in. After looking around for someone to help us, BDC came highly recommended. BDC was very responsive and took the time to listen to our vision of what we wanted our space to be. The scope of work included: new floors throughout, new cabinets and counters, painting, removal of archway in the kitchen, updating kitchen electrical and adding pot lights, custom doors, new and updated handrail for the stairs, and all of the trim & baseboards in the rooms, and many other detail items that were taken care of during the renovation. As new homeowners, BDC was able to guide us through the renovation process and help us negotiate good deals for materials, and focus on what really matters in the space.
