What can we say about Ali and his crew? Remarkable! From brainstorming consultations with Ali to meeting the crew (Les, Todd, Tony and Rico) on demo day and getting to do a bit of work alongside them, overall it was a great experience. Small set back with the weather which delayed our pour date. Only thing we wished we knew in advance was how the yard was going to be torn up and the clean-up efforts we put in - not an issue but would be good to know what to expect. ;)
Special thanks to Todd for his creativity and craftsmanship, and to Kal and Sally from Jak's Concrete for all the very special touches (yes, it's due north!) and the team's sealing expertise.
In the end, we couldn't be happier with the finished product - it's gorgeous and will endure for lifetimes! :)
