Anchored carport in corridor parking pad
I got Professional Engineering services from HADES Corp. for my fixed/anchored carport installation for my Toronto home.
Rishi helped design the concrete pier supports for my carport in the backyard corridor parking.
His expertise enabled us to optimize the size of the carport, ensuring compliance with the building code and zoning setback requirements.
Additionally, he went above and beyond by collaborating with our concrete contractor, actively seeking cost-saving measures and promptly updating the drawings to meet the Ontario Building Code (OBC) standards.
This carport has allowed me to park my car in a covered parking spot for a fraction of the cost of a traditional garage.
