We hired Vandersanden Construction for 2 consecutive projects. A renovation of a sunroom and the build of a car port.
The sunroom required removing a door and replacing it with a window. Also, all the windows needed to be trimmed. The end result was outstanding.
The carport was obviously a much bigger project. The space it now occupies needed to be cleared, prepared, etc. A permit was needed, and there were the inevitable custom design issues to be sorted out as the project was underway. This included adding a fence at the back which added privacy to the backyard. I said, "Build a fence at the back." I gave no other instruction other than which way the gate should open. The result exceeded my expectations
Their professionalism is unmatched in my opinion. And I'm an old guy so I've dealt with many "professionals" in my time. This guy responded to questions and concerns immediately; was friendly and patient with his explanations, and I never once felt like I was being treated like a child. (yes, that has happened in the past).
The final picture shows you the quality of the end result. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Vandersanden Construction is far and away the best contractor I've ever dealt with.
