Reliable, detailed!!

Anyone who works with trades people knows that reliability is hard to come by. Mark is reliable. If he says hell be there at 8 hes there at 7:59. He stays until the job is done, and he makes sure that no detail is missed. Mark is friendly, hard working. He is a clear communicator, and is courteous when carrying his work out in your space. He keeps the job site clean, and knows this craft inside and out.

Do not hesitate to hire Mark!!!

Excellent work - very fair prices

Mark from QDR worked on a few small projects in our house. Mainly ceiling repair and dry wall repair, patch and paint on old stains and wet spots.

Mark explained the details and cost of each project before we agreed on a price. He is true to his word and budget. Mark comes on time and always work neatly and cleans up the job site. Mark is a pleasant to work with and he is very professional and focused on the job.

We strongly recommend Mark and would definetly call on him again.

Skillfully done!

Professional, organised, quality work, friendly, got the right tool and skill for the job.

Remodeled and repaired dry walls in my condo, involved remodeling, replacing and re-anchoring metal studs into hard concrete floor.

Drywalls are now standing strong, well mudded and sanded smoothly.

Also cleaned up before leaving my place.
