We love these guys, they are very professional, they came right on budget and finished the whole basement in only 4 weeks.

I can’t believe this is my house!

Morriston

Highly recommended, they worked non stop for 4 weeks rain or shine. I love new outdoor pool now.

Abdel was very honest and very patient, he explained everything and didnt mind adding several other new ideas during project.

His team were also very polite and hard working. I love the stone lights, they look amazing at night. I also love the heated showers and change rooms they built next to the pool.

My family will enjoy this for years to come.

If you have a big project MODREC is a great company to use.

Fair price at awesome services

Interlock installation and new front stairs for my porch. I got a good price and the installation went smooth in two days only. Work done professionally and workers cleaning was appreciated by me and my family.
Many neighbors asked for their contact details and they saw the accuracy and pretty or the work done.
