We had racoons chew through our roof vents to make a nest in our attic over the course of the winter.
Ivan came and replaced all our vents (seven of them) with heavy duty galvanized steel vents, so that we would not have problems in the future. Ivan arrived promptly, and got the work done both proficiently and reasonably quickly. Ivan was friendly and professional, and addressed all my concerns before getting to work.
If we have future roofing work, Ivan will be my first choice.
