I needed an emergency service for my rental home, and FP came to the rescue within just a few hours. He even texted me before arriving at the property, allowing me to notify my tenants in advance. We required replacement of water shut-off in the house. The plumber was there early. He stayed 5 hours to get the job done, mostly due to difficulties coordinating water shut-off into the house with the city. I am sure it took much longer than he expected but got the job done at the agreed upon price.
