I needed an emergency service for my rental home, and FP came to the rescue within just a few hours. He even texted me before arriving at the property, allowing me to notify my tenants in advance. FP efficiently resolved the issue while staying within the budget, and their service was outstanding without any unnecessary complications. I've saved FP in my contacts for any future concerns.

I was in a pinch as I just rented out my place and didn't want to be that slum lord who left the tenant in a cold house. I got the quote which was very reasonable, mentioned my issue on when the tenant was moving in and they were able to get me in asap- even with my tight schedule. 10/10! Dont waste your time with other companies.

Home inspection showed mold in the attic. Sean informed me on step by step process of cleaning/eliminating the mold, pricing, and informed me how it got there and how to maintain the house as this is my first home. I am a sales person and Sean was transparent and straight forward- NO BS which is great! He arrived early Sunday morning and worked like a machine! He also fixed what caused the mold ( washroom vent pipe was loose). He forwarded me 23 pictures of the final job. Happy i went with my guts and picked Sean!
