My story is a bit of a horror, but there is always a silver lining. In mine it was Prateek & his crew. To get a clear view of just how AMAZING he was, I'll try to summarize my situation. I had a property that I was renting to a family. In short, they destroyed t to the point of a complete tear down. I had to demolish the home & have it rebuilt completely. Prateek & his team were in charge of the demolition & decontamination. From the minute I met them & they stepped foot on the property,
Prateek was 100% on the job. He made himself available to me 24/7 & kept me updated on the work as they progressed. He answered all my "numerous" questions & was quick to accommodate my requests. The job was executed meticulously.. His professionalism & hard work can only be surpassed by his genuine caring of his clients. He was even there to assist in whatever way he could when I had to address the issue with the Regie. Silver lining-: Justice was served & Prateek's willingness to help played a role in attaining it. He goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are satisfied & taken care of. It is RARE to find that caliber of work ethic combined with professionalism & expertise, especially by today's standards. I cannot thank Prateek enough for all his patience, hard work & accommodation. I HIGHLY recommend him for any job you need done!

When we found out we had mold , we did a few estimate and ended up going with Prateek cause he was the most reassuring. He was able to help us through this process all the while keeping our house safe before decontamination.
