Ryan and crew were wonderful to deal with and got things done in a timely manner.

Our beautiful stone church in the heart of downtown Milton was erected in 1895. The most recent inspection completed for Insurance purposes identified that one of the handrails for our Tower Stairs was loose, and that our walkway had some uneven tripping hazards. When a member of the community accidentally pulled out the west handrail in October, this project was moved up on our priority list for safety reasons, as the railing took out chunks of stone with it.

Three vendors provided quotations for the work. Two came to our site to take measurements and meet with us before providing their estimates.

Right from the very beginning, Connor from Conscape Canada gave the best impression with respect to professionalism and confidence in their product. He was able to assure us that the work would be completed to the highest standard possible, met our concerns about esthetics and durability with knowledgeable responses, and provided us with the opportunity to meet our needs for accommodating electrical and sprinkler system adjustments.

Their communications with us were thorough and timely, meeting with us several times in person and exchanging information through email, phone calls and text messages. We were always kept informed of schedules and any needed changes in the design or structure.

On their first day, demolition and clean up was extremely fast, as was the construction of forms for the concrete. Two pours were completed the very next day; then several visits back to our site were made for finishing and sealing.

The final products are beyond our expectations. The stairs look AMAZING! They did such a GREAT JOB at creating the effect of real stone! The walkway is also a huge improvement to the safety of our grounds. The Building Committee is extremely pleased with the work done by Conscape and their associated subcontractor.

Had a concrete pad poured in my backyard, by man, no machines. The men worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves( minus 2 water bottles). Had a concern post job, it was addressed very quickly.

From the first consultation to each subsequent follow up, Connor was very detailed and passionate about the work being completed. Both my wife and I liked Connors candor with us when first discussing our needs and general follow up questions. The quotes and email communications were very thorough and we felt that nothing was rushed.

He worked with our changing timelines & budget, as well as my own project when I was building my deck myself and needed his team for the attached interlock, side yard, and front porch.

I know we must have paid a little more than average, but we received quality work. Derek and his team finished most of the landscape work within a week, and were quick to follow up and fix anything that we had concerns with.
