Legal second dwelling unit in basement
Gave contract to make legal basement to GSL ( Prince) in August 2021. They did everything from start to finishing. After getting all permission & approval, GSL started on 27th November 2021 & by 14th January 2022, they completed the basement as GSL promised to finish in 8 weeks.
Very professional, reasonable, reliable & accomodative whenever I wanted to upgrade certain things like flooring, soundproofing etc.
I was given an opportunity to select laminate flooring, kitchen cabinet type & color, quartz counter top, washroom tiles, vanity, mirror etc.
Loved their policy - pay as you go !
GSF set up all inspection appointments with corporation including electril upgrade & provided all required legal documents to register legal basement.
GSL listened all my concerns and addressed them in timely manner during the work & at final inspection.
Overall, very satisfied with GSL & it was my right decision to give them the contract. It was real peace of mind. Even some of my neighbors & co- workers also get their basement done through GSL & they all loved GSL's speed, pace & the quality material they use to do legal basement work.
