We have used Maggio for a few years now to do our weeding and seeding. At the outset, we felt they were effective; however, over time, the results we were seeing were negligible, with 'overseeding' producing no results and the weed treatment not deterring weed growth and spread. As a result, we decided against using Maggio because we did not feel their treatments were making any difference to our property whatsoever. I received a renewal contract, but did not return it. I then had my credit charged for the entire annual fee as a result of their 'automatic renewal' clause. I was a day late to cancel, so am 'stuck' with them for this season, or I can choose to cancel for a 50 per cent fee. Clearly a company desperate for clients who whose business runs in what I find to be a dishonest fashion.
