Vadim came to our house twice, first to see what needed to be fixed and a second time to remove the broken window cranks and locks to ensure he sourced proper parts for older windows. Scheduled the install repair 3 days later and quickly installed the new parts. One lock replacement did not work so he drove from Scarborough to Mississauga and back again and installed the correct locking mechanism within an hour.

I was getting inconsistent opening and closing with my garage door openers and suspected an electrical issue. It took approximately 20 min for the technician to locate and repair the problem (which involved repositioning a sensor located lower on the rail). No new parts were needed but the cost of the repair was $250.00 + tax. I thought this was expensive for a relatively simple repair.

My apartment door was locked. I forgot my keys at work.

The technician came in 35 minutes.
He used his picking tools to open my door without any damage.
Paid with credit card 180 dollars.

2 windows had locking mechanisms that weren't working probably. Icarus contacted me immediately after posting on homestars and were able to come in the next day and fix both without having to get new parts. Highly recommended.

The Serviceman arrived early for the scheduled appointment and had a look at the problem with the garage door movement in the tracks. Initially quoted $1200-$1500 to fix the problem but I felt it was too much. Anyway we decided to ahead with the work. About 30-45 minutes later he decided to save us some money by making an adjustment to the door alignment which solved the problem although it may or may not return over time. He told me to call him if I have any further problems.

Guys , you are super heroes. I have never received such a fast and high quality service. In half an hour an employee of the company was already at my place . Everything was done in a matter of minutes, very clean and tidy. I was so terribly worried about the door since were renting and the damage of landlord property its inappropriate but your worker has golden hands. No scratches, no damages !! Im grateful from the bottom of my heart for such attitude and professionalism !!! Ill definitely recommend you guys !!!!Keep it up !!!

I was in a pinch locked out of my house, the locksmith replied surprisingly quick and came shortly after. The cylinder in the door was old and needed to be replaced. The luckily had a spare and replaced it for me! Life saver!! Will only use these guys from now on!!!
