Neville fixed our dishwasher that had a broken valve, I believe. His work was excellent. I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He was efficient and Ive not had any problems with my dishwasher since. In addition when Ive called him in the past & he wasnt going to be able to do the job because of a scheduling conflict, he tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone, despite knowing he was not going to get paid.
