Shaine and his team are exceptional at what they do! Highly recommend! We got our bedroom carpet replaced with flooring and the whole experience was SEAMLESS from start to finish! They are very personable, professional, reasonably priced and do top notch quality work! Excellent customer service skills too- worked around our schedule, got the job done in only a few hours and impressed my husband and I with the level of quality and precision they put into the job! We couldnt be happier with our floors and will definitely be using them for future Renos. Hands down recommend- they will not disappoint!

Shaine did a perfect job tapping, mudding, sanding and Tiling on my basement apartment. He showed up on time each time when doing 1st coat, 2nd coat, pre-sanding, 3rd coat and final sanding and the final result is fantastic. The process was very smooth and Shaine is very nice and friendly so the whole experience was really great. Definitely recommend it to everyone who needs service.

I have a very good experience with Madaela Design &build. The owner was very cooperative and very friendly he kept the cost same as he quoted at first time, there was no hidden cost. The overall cost was very reasonable. The owner is very honest and he bought bathroom fixtures and accessories( good quality) for us at very reasonable price, like he is buying for his own house. I must recommend him to anyone. It is really difficult to find a good guy for home renovation. All boxes tick tick tick.

I recently hired Shaine to complete a drywall installation, double door work in my home, and I am thrilled with the results. Shaine was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was just right. The drywall installation was flawless, and the double doors were installed perfectly - they look and function beautifully. The painting was also done to a high standard, and Shaine ensured that the colors were exactly match with existing color. Also, Shaine moved my thermostat and ERV switch to different place & it looks fantastic - you can hardly tell that any work was done at all. Throughout the project, Shaine was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and kept me updated on the progress of the work. The project was completed on time and on budget, and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable for the high-quality work that was done.I also appreciated that Shaine was respectful of my property and kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the project.

I am extreamly pleased with the quality of work. We asked Shane for paint job and installation of vanity in our powder room and he completed it on time with very reasonable cost.
