When you look up Cesar in the dictionary, youll find Charismatic, Charming, and most of all Competent. Cesar is extremely reliable, and we are MORE than satisfied with all tasks that he completed in our house. He fixed a shower door and downstairs sink, securely affixed a boot rack, hung some wire frames in my daughters room, and generally made use of every minute that he was here. He is our new favourite handyman, and we have him on speed dial. We would highly recommend Cesars services. If you cant do it, Cesar can!
