Jake put up the remaining panels of my peel & stick wallpaper after I had messed up the first panel. He reconfigured the reaming panels and it turned out beautifully.

Jake painted the whole interior of our home after a renovation. He is personable and proficient. He keeps his work site clean and is reliable. We are happy with the finished product. Thanks Jake.

I had Curtis Renovations install my baseboards. I was initially going to install them myself but once Jake started working away I realized how important it is to have someone that knows what they are doing! Jake is very personable and was helpful with all my questions. I always recommend Curtis Renovations to everyone. I had my 3 piece main bathroom taken down to the studs and then new bathtub, shower, vanity, toilet,mirror, fan, flooring, trim and paint done by Jake. I get compliments all the time on this beautiful little room. My recroom needed drop ceiling replaced with drywall and all the walls drywalled, painted Jake also built 2 storage closets with barn door and bifold door in this area. He has creative, time saving/money saving ideas, quality workmanship and is meticulous to detail. He's very fair and won't take short cuts on your job. He works as if it's his own.

Curtis Renovations did a complete renovation of our basement. After demolishing everything down to the studs, they built 2 bedrooms, a living area, put in a 3 pc bathroom (no original bathroom was there), a wine cellar and an organized storage/work room area.

On the main floor, they stripped the original hardwood floors on the entire floor and re-stained them. Then they painted all the walls and ceilings.

On the upper floor, they stripped out all the carpeting going up the stairs and throughout 4 bedrooms. New hardwood was installed throughout. They also replaced all the doors with new solid core doors and painted throughout.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. We own three houses and I would say this is the best renovation job that we have ever had done.

Jake finished my main floor renovation for me a few years back when he was just starting out. I had initially engaged another contractor, but as time went on, it became apparent that his standard of work was subpar. I had to call it off with him in the middle of my project to cut my losses before things got worse. I was fortunate enough to find Jake available to step in and take on the job on very short notice. His commitment to seeing the job through in a timely manner and his attention to detail through all stages of the project, despite a relative lack of experience on a project of this scope, was quite remarkable. In the end, we were very pleased with all the work that Jake took on within the project and were very happy when the job was finally completed. Thanks for all of your hard work Jake!
