Perseids installed hardwood in our den and vinyl planks in our basement as a sub-contractor for Alexanian in London. First, the guys were absolutely great - very personable and hard working. Second, the workmanship was perfect and we were astonished how quickly the flooring was installed. Hopefully anyone reading this review who plans to have flooring installed will be lucky enough to have Perseids do the work.

Tylar was able to creatively salvage our badly damaged interior door, reposition it in doorframe and replace a doorknob all in one visit. He arrived on time, gave a reliable estimate and completed the work same day. Tylar is now on speed dial! Very pleased with the work done.

This year we ordered vinyl plank flooring from a flooring store and the installer was Tyler. He did 3 rooms and stairs. We were so impressed with Tylers work, we recently asked him to come and do another room and stairs for us. His work is first class. He is very polite, works hard, gets the job done fast and cleans up after. We would definately recommend Tyler to anyone.

We hired Tyler to complete the installation of our wide plank engineered hardwood floor. Approx. 2000 square feet was laid and we were so impressed with the job that we approached Tyler to complete our vaulted ceiling with 3/4 pine. They are very professional and easy to work with. I had Perseids Contracting install new flooring throughout my main floor and was very impressed at the professionalism, punctuality and skill of their team.
So much so, I had them back a few months later to complete a tile shower/tub renovation. I am very happy with how it turned out and am very please with Perseids, easy to deal with, great attitude, good pricing.

Perseids did an excellent job on our bathroom floor while we were doing our upstairs renovations. The lead foreman was courteous and inquisitive as we were unsure of what exactly we wanted to do with our upstairs bathroom. The final results were clean and above our expectations, highly recommended for their professionalism and vast knowledge and experience with different materials.

Tyler came and did the work in a quick and efficient manner and the final product is amazing. All the ripping out of the old was done perfectly so that you cannot tell the previous floor was there. He did the work and left the space perfectly clean afterwards with no mess and debris behind. All the baseboards and the floor were taken out and replaced and the project started and finished on time without any delays. Will definitely having him back to do other work on the second floor soon.

Tylar's attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I was left with a perfect kitchen floor when he was done. Tyler was amazing with my family and animals and treated my house like it was his own thanks a million
