Kyle renovated two kitchens for us, both kitchen are above our expectations. His is a very skillful handyman who did a great job on tiling and assembling kitchen cabinets. Precision CCR also has certified electricians to ensure all changes made are according to the regulation and guidelines. (We upgraded our electrical panel and we passed the inspection with no issue). We had good communications with Kyle during the renovation, he always provided me an update when there is a progress or gave me a notice in advance if material is in shortage. He is a responsible contractor who doesn't leave the job behind unfinished. Also, I really like how Kyle keeps the construction zone clean and tidy by end of the day. I certainly would have him again for my next reno project!
