Our refrigerator has not been cooling properly for long time. We called an appliance company and their technician was not able to help us (but we had to pay the repair service dispatch fee of $200 for a wrong diagnosis and cleaning of dust around the coils)!
We were referred to Habitat Home Services and our senior technician Roy correctly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. He was super professional and passionate about his work and really took his time to do a good and complete repair. He pulled out the fridge from an awkward right space, took the fridge apart and replaced the broken parts with due care. We were super impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. You can really tell he is an expert in his craft!
We will definitely call these guys again if we need appliance repair next time.
