PC Mechanical has been looking after this property for 2 years now, after the existing company retired. This is a very complex system with lots of moving parts 24/7. Paul and his team have done a wonderful job keeping the wheels turning and making improvements to the systems. I will recommend PC Mechanical to any residential or commercial property, big or small.
