Jason and Martin contacted me after I had placed an add for a company to build a wire fence around an above ground pool. Jason quickly came and gave a quote and we also agreed to have him do a wooden deck along the back side of the pool. Within a week Jason contacted us with the quote. We were please with it and made a contract. We then had to submit the plans to the city for approval. J and M Construction were very patient and once approvals were receive proceeded very professionally and quickly to complete our project. The quote was right on. The work done neatly, quickly and all materials tidied up.

Living in a small home with my wife and having big changes upcoming to our family. We were in dire need of more space so we turned to J&M to help us renovate our musty basement. They did an amazing job. They put in a brand new beautiful embassy drop ceiling throughout the entire basement and updated all of our light fixtures. They built us new bedroom space for my in-laws as well as a full bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) with all new plumbing. A tough project for a rural home on a septic tank. The basement turned out exactly how we wanted.

J&M did a great job on my deck this summer. I got an good explanation of the cost estimate, which I very much appreciated. They corrected some serious problems with the old framing and put a beautiful new deck and railing up. All safe and to code now! Great guys, easy to work with. They took away all the old materials and debris when they were done. I would definitely work with Jason and his partner again.

This Company was beyond professional and took extra care to ensure not only high quality work but ensure that not only nothing was damaged in the process but made better.
