Had a water leak in the furnace and wasn't sure what was causing it. Avenue Air dispatched someone to diagnose it within a day, at the exact scheduled time. They called before they came so I was ready, and diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour (it was a clogged drain). They were very easy to work with and communicate with, which is always appreciated. Thanks.
