Benny responded to my request on HomeStars for a dishwasher service call. Benny came on the day agreed upon and was honest in his diagnosis of the problem. It was decided that getting a new dishwasher was the best route and prepped the old unit for removal. He agreed to return to help with install.

He also offered to clean out dryer and dryer vent - very grateful! He is saved in my phone and will be the first call I make if needing service for our appliances.

Fridge stopped working in the morning, at the end of the day it was fixed. Thank You!

Our electric range started showing signs of malfunctioning a few days ago. When was looking for a technician, a friend recommended me to check if Benny can help. From the moment I called him, and described the issue Benny figured out right away what could be the problem. He asked me to send him a series of photos with serial number so he'll be able to order the needed replacement parts.
Long story short, the range is fixed and working as new. And all was fixed in less than 2 days.

I take seriously the annual cleaning of the dryer, but I wanted someone reliable. Found this company and technician came on a scheduled day, took all the dryer apart and showed me all the lint and dust inside. He cleaned it thoroughly. Very reliable and affordable. Thank you

Our front loader washing machine wasn't draining at all. Beni arrived on time as promised. He started explaining to me a problem, possible causes and solutions. When he started testing our washer, I knew in general what to expect. It was a critical point for us. Beni took off the top cover so he could see the machine's inner parts and started testing it. It wasn't draining again and the drain pump was making a noise like something stuck inside it. He checked the drain pump. There was a kid's sock stuck on the impeller. So he Cleaned the pump and tested it again. It worked!! Beni explained to me how to take care of our washer.

By the end of the day, it was a such great feeling when he finished the job.

Beni worked clean, knew what he was doing, and was confident, professional, and honest. He charged us only a service call for this job.
