Our front loader washing machine wasn't draining at all. Beni arrived on time as promised. He started explaining to me a problem, possible causes and solutions. When he started testing our washer, I knew in general what to expect. It was a critical point for us. Beni took off the top cover so he could see the machine's inner parts and started testing it. It wasn't draining again and the drain pump was making a noise like something stuck inside it. He checked the drain pump. There was a kid's sock stuck on the impeller. So he Cleaned the pump and tested it again. It worked!! Beni explained to me how to take care of our washer.
By the end of the day, it was a such great feeling when he finished the job.
