Great service with fair price. Fix the issue other contractor failed to fix
The lock of my patio door is malfunction and the first contractor who came said the lock can not be fixed and need to replace with a new one. The contractor does not know where to get the lock so he disable the patio door lock for me so it can open and charge $300+.
After I found a supplier with the lock, this contractor is asking for another $200+ to come back to install it. (I felt I was totally ripped)
Then I found Pardeep from Basic Carpenter Corporation who is willing to come in such a short notice (called him on Sunday and he came on Monday) to investigate the issue and ends up fix the lock without even the need to replace it!
I cant express how tanksful I am to Pardeep and it just shows you how important is it to find the right person for the job!
