Golden Home Inspections

I had Golden home inspections give me a report on my home in Rosebank Pickering. I was disappointed when I sent the report to a buyer. The report was more cosmetic than structural. Granted the caulking needed to be replaced around outside doors ;however, to say the fridge needs a shelf is too pickey. The fridge is new and does not need an extra shelf. The cosmetic emphasis was not the norm for a proper building inspection. Also pointing out a mouse hole in the garage was also too pickey. He showed the mouse traps from previous home owners that were in storage. Actually the inspection was an insult My home is properly maintained
