Better Contracting Ottawa

We had such a pleasant experience with Better Contracting. Pat did a great job with our powder room gut/remodel, the new flooring installed throughout our entire main level and installing a beautiful new door for my den. We are so pleased with the work. The best part was how quickly the work was done. It took 7 working days only! It was such a relief to have the work done so quickly. They cleaned up after themselves every day and always kept their tools and supplies neat and organized. Additionally the service was top notch. Anytime we reached out, Pat was always so quick to reply. So hard to find a contractor with that level of responsiveness these days. I still remember the day Pat and Mark arrived at my home to provide a quote. My dishwasher was leaking (and they noticed). Right away they helped out! Mark fixed the leak in less than 5 minutes! A problem wed been trying to ignore for over a month and he swooped in to save the day. And he was so nice he didnt charge because it was a simple fix (adding plumbers tape). It meant so much to us that he cared and wanted to help. Right away we knew we wanted to work with this duo! And so glad we did. We are already discussing our next projects to come. Up next new flooring for my office and a full kitchen gut/remodel! So excited for the future renos to come and to be working with this great team. I would highly recommend them to others and will definitely only call them for reno projects in the future. Thanks again for everything guys!
