The craftsmanship was spot on, the work was finished a day ahead of schedule and were very respectful (bathroom floor was wiped down, carpet was vacuumed, all waste was quickly disposed of). I am a first time homeowner and was experiencing a moldy smell which made me concern, I contacted Omar Marin to asses and assist in resolving the issue of the moldy smell.upon inspection he discovered the bathroom wall had mold and need remediation as well as replacing. A washroom fan was installed to prevent from future moisture build up. I am very satisfied with the professionalism as well as time management with the project. Would strongly recommend.
