Hi, I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. We had a roof and interlock project with you between May to July last year. After all the work was done, our team and I dropped by your house more than three times to satisfy your concerns and I always answered your calls and text messages. There's no problem with your roof project. There are only two issues you mentioned on interlock project after everything was completed: gravel on backyard that you said it seems to move and asked us to install edge. We DID it as you requested. Second issue is one missing stone near small bushes with branches and you requested us to offer/install the stone for you. At that time, you had been told that that particular stone is out of stock and we have to wait for spring 2024. However, after reading the whole text message between you and I last night ,I just found two pictures that you sent (one pic shows right after we completed the interlock and the small bushes are still there , another one shows no bushes with missing stone after two months we finished the job) are not what you told me. While our team was working on that spot, you requested them to remove the small branches and put one more stone there, but our team told you there's a big root underneath and did not recommend to have stone there. Then you agreed, and we had some stone left for you, but you asked us to take them away. After two months, you sent me the pic and showed no bushes with branches and missing stone. In fact, the small bushes with some branches were extensively removed by yourself or someone last year after two months we finished the project (I just found out last night by looking at two pics you sent me last year from different time frame) and you DID NOT tell me the truth and complained our team left the spot over there with no stone. In addition to the downpipe issue you contacted me on March 17, 2024, you have been told that the team will drop by your house to take care of it when your place is on the way. (Updated on April 9) : our team went to your house on April 8,2024. They fixed the downpipe issues and light corner gutter with L shape flashing. One section of shingles is found and damaged by animals while our team was working. They fixed the damaged shingles with no charge and the homeowner was told to spray some animal repellent to avoid more damages from animals. As for leaking issues on master bedroom carpet next to the window, we checked and the ceiling looks fine ( it means not leak from the roof). Then we checked the exterior bricks and window frame and found out some holes and cracks. We advised the homeowner to find the other trade to do the repairs. For missing stone, the homeowner was told to wait until the stone is available.
