A toilet was leaking so I reached out to Homestars - I-Care Renovation was the only company that responded (within one day) and looked at photos of the problem to assess what it might need. They scheduled for the first day that I was available (they were willing to come on the weekend but I wasn't available), communicated clearly about possibly delays with rush-hour traffic and communicated en route as well. They removed the toilet, showed me the problem and explained why it was leaking, fixed it and even fixed something else that I've been holding off on for a while.
