We recently required renovation due to an electrical fire in our house. After interviewing a number of contractors we settled on Roco Pro. What tipped the scale was the personableness and empathy that Ian showed us at this difficult time.
As the reno progressed it became clear that we made the correct decision as Ian would keep us up to date almost daily on the progress as well as any details or changes that we needed to know about. We also made last minute changes of our own which didn’t seem to phase Ian. He would just convey the changes to the necessary tradespeople. The job was completed in the timeline agreed upon and the budget was on point. I should also state that the workmanship is very impressive!
