In my case, I already had a developed basement that I wanted to legalize. After interviewing a significant number of contractors, I was discouraged by their approaches most either complicated the process or proposed budgets nearly equivalent to building a new basement. O.A.F delivered the 1-bed unit in remarkable style. Everyone who has seen the unit has been in awe of how the space was transformed into an excellent dwelling space.

The unit being a walkout out had concrete stairs and landing installed.

The unit also came with a complementary washer and dryer installed.

Have to say this was an amazing experience with the OAF team. This is our third rental property and we wanted to develop the legal basement suite to get.some extra income from it.
