Locally owned by Waterloo native Jason Gamble who started this business when he was in University has since graduated in 2020 and discovered he was passionate about home service businesses because he gets to meet and interact with plenty of people while providing a top notch service. Window Cleaning: Exterior: • Thoroughly wash with window cleaning brushes, squeegee and buff exterior glass surfaces for a streak free shine • Wipe down frames Interior and Exterior: • Thoroughly wash with window cleaning brushes, squeegee and buff exterior/interior glass surfaces for a streak free shine • Wipe down frames and briefly wash tracks with wet rag (deep track detailing is extra and dependent on multiple factors) **Screens: Scrub using water and soap from brushes, wipe down with rag $1.50 ea. **Powerhouse owns a 40ft water fed pole for hard to get exterior windows where a ladder is not safe Eavestrough Cleaning: Interior: • Remove all loose debris from eavestroughs • Clear downspouts using a hose to ensure water flows • Take away debris from the property in garbage bags Eavestrough Whitening: • Using a cleaning solution with extension pole brush to reach eavestroughs • Scrub eavestroughs with solution-soaked brushes to remove dirt and algae. • Spray off excess dirt with hose • Leaves eavestroughs looking new and refreshed Pressure Washing: • Pressure washing is done with commercial grade gas powered machine and surface cleaner • Common things we pressure wash: • Concrete driveways/walkways • Stone • Decks Vinyl Siding Cleaning: • Using a cleaning solution and extension pole brushes to scrub away dirt, algae, grass stains and grime • Once cleaning solution is applied and scrubbed on, we spray off the excess dirt with a hose • Leaves siding looking new and refreshed Deck Staining: • Properly cleaning deck surfaces by either pressure washing or sanding (or both) – Wait at least 24 hrs • Blowing all debris off with a blower • Customer and Powerhouse will decide on the color together, best recommendations will be given by Powerhouse employee and final decision made by property owner • Hand brushed for best results in order to soak the deck and cracks consistently in stain, roller may be used if applicable. Concrete Sealing: • Properly cleaning concrete with pressure washer to remove all past stains, dirt and algae – Wait at least 24hrs • Blow off and brush away all debris • Roll on desired sealer – Powerhouse has the best recommendations for which sealer is best • This will protect your concrete from moisture and cracking • Powerhouse also uses a powder to ensure that the sealer is not slippery when wet
