A disappointing end to what was originally a good experience.
I was impressed with Will's knowledge and recommendations for our 40-year-old furnace replacement and hot water tank install. The work was done within the stated timeframe.
I found out after when we didn't see an inspection sticker from the city that no permit was ever acquired before the work was done. I emailed three times and have yet to get a response or resolution. Quote/receipt state that permits/inspection are included in the price...but I guess not.
Buyer beware.
