Flori is very friendly and explained the process of what his company would be doing to replace the flat room beforehand. Within a week of the quote he was able to do the work, all in one day.
The finished product looks good and of course, you don't know until you discover a leak but I believe it was a very professional and thorough job.
My only hesitation in providing a perfect score was that when there were more old layers underneath than anticipated, I was charged an extra $1,000. For a small roof, this seemed a bit excessive to me. Having said that, his quote was quite a bit less than one other quote I received so I wasn't too unhappy to pay the extra one grand.
