Rewire a three way switch, wire replacement
Yama was very professional in explaining what had gone wrong in a home wiring job of a three way switch and outlet. He charged $350 for rewiring the outlet, and another $350 for replacing the wiring for the outlet with metal sheathed wiring. However, the length of the wire replacement was about fifteen feet, took less than ten minutes as the wall was already open, and probably $20 or less of his own materials. Since I am in a condo, he explained that regular wiring was not up to code.
I am pleased with his work, but think he massively overcharged for the wire replacement. He was at my condo for less than an hour and charged over $700.
