Yusuf knocked on my door after driving through the neighbourhood where he was servicing other clients. Minutes prior I was about to start calling around to have my roof patched knowing I was missing a few shingles to avoid further complications.
He knocked on my door and mentioned some of our shingles have been blown off from the pervious wind storm and asked me to step out and take a look from the road where he pointed out some issues I would have otherwise never noticed. He was very kind, honest and was able to work on my roof that very second. After he was finished he sent me before and after photos of what he had done also informing me of the warranty he offers.
