Snow Removal service or season 2021-2022
I have been hired for snow removal service for 2021-2022
I have paid mike $500 in advance and the rest decided to pay in February
the contract has been signing that whenever 3cm snow comes he has come and showed the snow last three times snow came over 5cm he did not show up
I called and text him so many times no answer or reply and phone voice mail is full now still waiting for an answer I do not know what to do Recently we have a big snowstorm 50-60 cm snow on the ground I call him on his cell phone and Whatsapp he said he will come to do it and me and my tenant waiting for him for 3 days he did not show up so in short he took the money and run non-trustable ask for a refund no answer be aware of this company here is attached contract
