I called them for assistance on July 30th (I realize my review is a bit late). After coming home from work, I found that the latch on the door to my bedroom had stuck open after I unlocked it. When I called them , it was after hours, almost 8:00 in the evening. The service technician, Ben arrived 20 minutes after my call. Not only did he arrive in record time, but he was courteous, professional and fast. While he was there, I asked him if he would check our the door as it had the same kind of lock and I didnt want to have the same issue again. He was nice enough to change that lock for us as well. I was really impressed with the service we received. The icing on the cake is that this was done after hours for a very reasonable fee . Theyre excellent!
