We built our house and we involved Aya and her team from start to end. She carefully listened and understood my vision and put all her effort to make it a reality, and she made the journey easy. It was very overwhelming decorating a 7000 square feet house but without her it would have been impossible. I am glad we worked with Aya and her team and will certainly recommend her for other similar projects involving out of the box thinking.

First of all Ayas personality is what moved us to hire her to convert our living spaces into a more cosy and comfortable environment. At our first meeting on a Saturday morning in early June Aya was pleasant and respectful. She listened intently to our requests and was able to come up
In a couple of days with a design that suited us.
Within a short period of time she identified stores we needed to visit for furniture purchases which worked out well. Her expertise in furniture choice was undeniably useful and was instrumental in making sure the project started efficiently.
Aya provided excellent assistance in moving and re-arranging our furniture and was able to provide useful advice on selling donating household items.
Apart from great skill as a designer, Aya is a shrewd business person who is able to negotiate good prices.
She was attentive to our needs, stayed in touch throughout the project period, and is completely trustworthy

I used Aya services numerous times. This time I needed to refresh seating area in the dining room. Aya created a an idea and we started looking for three piece seating set ( loveseat, and two armchairs) and coffee table. She also custom ordered an area rug to fit and tie place together. Aya really knows different suppliers and has a very efficient and effective working relationship with them. I would never be able to manage that on my own. This seating place has become a favorite spot for everyone in my family, better than a family room or kitchen. Aya created a very quiet place for family conversations, its just so comfortable. After working with a professional, you really feel money well invested. It wasnt just taking idea from furniture store or Pinterest, it was making Ayas creativity working together with our needs.

When I came to Aya I was in need of help in figuring out a design for my outdated bathroom and kitchen. Through Aya's advice we were able to map a very comprehensive layout to both my kitchen and bathroom. She helped me pick out various finishes such as shower systems, faucets, tiles, etc. Based on the framework she gave me, I have finished the work on my bathroom and I am overly satisfied with how it turned out!

Aya helped us plan and execute a completely new layout; adding extra bedrooms and bathrooms. With Aya's help we were able to move to a very modernized style while also improving the functionality of our house. Going into this project me and my wife would disagree on many things but Aya was able to consistently suggest options which satisfied us both. We didn't know our house even possessed enough space to accommodate all of the work we had done. The work was done in a very timely manner, and Aya supervised the process of design implementation every step of the way.

I decided to renovate my apartment, yet was faced with many daunting decisions. Some included color of the walls, furniture placement, and on top of all these factors I didn't know how to maintain functionality within my home. Choosing to hire Grandeur Interiors was the single best decision I could have made. I didn't expect such a small apartment to be able to undergo so much change, while maintaining a very homely and functional energy. Through Aya's consulting we were able to find space for an office, a spacious kitchen and living room. We are overly pleased and will be returning to Grandeur for any future work we might need.

Great value for the price with responsive designer Aya and fantastic customer service. I will use Grandeur Interiors again for my next room design. This winter, I got the itch to redecorate my bedroom/office as I spent most of my time in this room since I was working from home. I spent a few weeks trying to design the room myself, but I was wasting too much time without making any progress. I decided to bring in Grandeur Interiors. It was the best investment I have ever made I love my new bedroom.

We met Grandeur Interiors through home stars to design a two bedroom apartment on King street. Promptly went to the measurement, discussed all the wishes at the meeting. The work was carried out in stages, each element was worked out. Considering that I am a client who is constantly doubting) Aya (designer) patiently and clearly explained everything, suggested how it would be better, what color to choose, etc. We are constantly in touch throughout the project. The design project is ready, now we are bringing it to life. Aya has complete mutual understanding with the team of workers, all issues are quickly resolved, either by phone or on site (as convenient for the customer). Considering that the situation with the supply of materials and the timing of production (tiles, plumbing, doors, etc.) is rather difficult now, all the nuances of Aya were taken into account. If someone needs a design project, do not hesitate, I definitely recommend Grandeur Interiors as an excellent company in the field!!

I found Grandeur Interiors on Homestars! I spoke with Aya, a great designer that knows what shes doing! Ayas creativity made a beautifully laid out kitchen with lots of attention to detail. The whole process of the renovation for my kitchen and daughters room was stress free! She created a comfortable modern space for my daughter entirely on her likes and needs. The house came out with an incredible design and styled that suited our families needs and personalities perfectly. It was a pleasant experience working with someone so professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend working with Aya, you would not be disappointed.
