Bad drywalling and no customer service

Very Unprofessional service provided by Ivan. He did not cut or install the drywall sheets correctly. Unfortunately I paid upfront. When asked to correct he said he would come back to fix another day but did not. Ive tried contacting Ivan and the customer service number on their website for 2 weeks with no luck. No response to email or voicemail.
