If you use this company and I would not recommend them, make sure you get a receipt when you give them any money. I paid them $1100 and when they came back later to retrieve some equipment, they claimed I had only paid $800. Also, be careful about what they tell you, I had a rat problem but while they were there, they said they saw a racoon on my fence (racoons during the day are rare) so ended up doing alot of work on my roof - covering vents - that may not have been necessary. I was very naive and believed them. Just be careful.

The owner came within 2 days and set up the trap door as well as blocked off the other likely entrance point for the animals.

They were gone within a few days and 4K left the trap door in place for a few weeks just to make sure all were gone.

Ayyaz provided good communication and was very friendly.

I called and they provided service at the same day. I requested some additional work they again came as promised and completed the job.
